ADDO Auto Accessories – Returns Policy

ADDO Auto Accessories shall accept returned products or refund customers in accordance with the relevant sections of the Consumer Protection Act and in conjunction with the Returns/Refunds Policy set out below.

Our Commitment to Satisfaction & Return Window ADDO Auto Accessories prides itself in that it offers a 100% Customer satisfaction guarantee. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your ADDO product. Customers have 21 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.

Initiating a Return To initiate a return for any reason, please contact our sales team by emailing sales@addoauto.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email to help us expedite the process.

Process for Returns ADDO Auto Accessories reserves the right to rectify / fix / replace any product as alternatives to a cash refund. On receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the returned product, ADDO will make all reasonable efforts to rectify/fix/replace the said product. If this is not possible, ADDO will refund the purchase price, including the original delivery cost (where applicable for defective items).

Please allow 14-21 business days for the processing of refunds or replacements after the returned product has been received and inspected by ADDO. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Defective Products We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality, and in good working order and without defects. Should a product be defective, please contact sales@addoauto.com within the 21-day return window to arrange its return and inspection.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and may not be eligible for return or refund under the defective product clause:

  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage of the product;

  • Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

  • Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;

  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you or your vehicle (please see “Returns Beyond Defective Items” for such cases); and

  • In relation to signs of handling and/or repackaging that do not affect the product’s performance or core function.

Returns Beyond Defective Items (Satisfaction Guarantee) For returns that are not related to product defects (e.g., the product does not suit your needs, or you have changed your mind) but fall under our 100% Customer satisfaction guarantee, these will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact sales@addoauto.com within the 21-day return window to discuss your specific situation. For such returns, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Return Shipping and Packaging In the event that a return is granted, the purchaser will be responsible for paying for the shipping of the item to be returned. The purchaser will also need to ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. ADDO Auto Accessories is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit due to inadequate packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
